Scheduled with Michelle and got me scheduled, confirmed the day before and followed up after to see if I was pleased. I had a bad experience with another company and was hesitant to try Aire Serve of East Valley. Michelle spent a lot of time with me on the phone and convinced me to give them a try. I did and I’m extremely happy with the service I received. They really looked after me and I strongly recommend them.

We were experiencing difficulty adjusting the settings on our ECO thermostat and when I called AIRSERV and spoke with Michelle, she dispatched Nikolas (Niko) to fix the issue. Niko quickly discovered that the settings needed adjustment and may have been defaulted during a power bump. All is well now and we truly enjoyed Niko. He is a very nice, polite, friendly and knowledgeable representative for AIRSERV. Thank you, Michelle and Niko, for your professionalism and enjoyable personalities.
