Mr. Thomas and his crew are not only professionals, but they are men of their word.I had a malfunctioning ac unit on a Thur and reported to my warranty company that night.On Fri morning I had a service appt from Airserve for Tues.I called and spoke to Mr.Thomas about the urgency and he promised to send somebody over on Fri.As promised, Mr.Vanque came over and very quietly, professionally and without any BS checked it out.Honestly, he replaced two parts and was out of there within an hour. Highly recommend these guys to anyone.The team is small but awesome.They not trying to burn a hole in your pocket.And what they promise, they do. More power to AIR Serv of East Orlando.Highly recommended .

Absolute Pros!! Didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need. Significantly less than other competitor's prices with a great warranty. Showed up on time (which I appreciate), cleaned up after they were done and just overall fantastic customer service. They came highly recommended from a friend and I see why. I would recommend them to anyone.

Todd has performed work on two ac units at two different properties. He came out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend to get me back up and running. Honest, reliable, dependable and fair. Explained all my options respectfully. Highly recommend to anyone needing ac service/maintenance/replacement.
