“Josh, Nate, and Spencer were absolutely fabulous! Spencer went above and beyond to correctly and specifically assess the issue with our seven-year-old AC unit. We appreciated the extra analysis so that we could pinpoint the issue and keep the cost down. Josh and Nate were fast, friendly, and provided education on the actual issue itself and went over in detail all of the various options. They even came in under budget! They also gave us some really great education on our other HVAC unit that was older. They showed us how to maintain and clean it to keep it in good repair!”

“This is a really great company. Their prices are reasonable and they have a cool deal in which you get a year of service for the same price as a service call. We signed up for that. We also bought one of the electronic air filters with UV light. Hunter, their service guy, cleaned our furnace and installed a new valve in our garage heater. He spent a lot of time working on both, let us know what he did, and taught us how to use the new air filter. Administratively, they were efficient and helpful too. Hanging on to these nice, competent people for sure, Spencer did a great job. He was very thorough and friendly. That is a good combination that I have noticed in your people. Spencer is one of the best.”

“I got a cleaning brush stuck in my dryer venting system while cleaning it with a do it yourself kit and Joe the technician came out the same day I called. Turns out the vent had come apart at a sharp turn and the brush broke off outside the vent in the soffit. Joe was very professional and thorough and the vent system is now secure, clean and works perfectly!”
