Woke up to a cold home, called Aire Serve and they were out within an hour.. great service, and great communication on what was wrong and how to fix it. Also learned about their membership service and would absolutely recommend.

Spencer cleaned our dryer vent system today, he was very professional in every way. Our home was left clean after the work was complete. He was able to remove a lot of trapped lint and dust, our dryer works so much better now. Thank you Air Serv for your help with this project.

The heat went and we called aire serv for service. A power board and igniter where out. Knowledgeable tech came out and there is heat again.

So far so good they came cleaned up my furnace that was just caked found a cracked near the flame had to order part to finish getting it fixed (🤞 that my warranty cover parts but they'll let me know) came out on a weekend which very thankful they said they'll be back out when part arrives so I'll be editing as we're going . They also left me some space heaters to keep me warm till then update weren't able to do replacements under coverage cause weren't installers of the unit bummer cause Spencer is great but still came installed new kinda filters and walked me throught how they work how to change them and tighten some other peices that wasnt tighten Spencer went above and beyond and really what customer service is all about protect this man he's something special look forward to seeing you guys in the spring for my ac unit I look forward to it thank you guys

Wow! Such a great and thorough technician. Spencer showed me things I needed to know about my furnace and spent a lot of time with me answering questions and encouraging me to ask any more I might have. It was so refreshing to have someone come in that cares and takes the time to make sure I understood everything and not rushing through just to get the job done. Thank you Spencer!!

Joe is great!

Our furnace was having some issues. Spencer came out to look at it and fix what was wrong. He was very thorough and explained everything to me in such great detail! He was honest and upfront about the options I had and what they would cost. He such a nice, personable guy and we had great conversations while he was working.

We had Spencer Peterson do a furnace checkup today since we hadn't had it inspected in a couple of years. Spencer did a thorough check, answered all of our questions, and explained things in a way we could understand. He gave us recommendations on additional services/products that would help in our home. Spencer was very personable and great to work with. We were very happy with him and with Aire Serv and would recommend the company to others.
