Prompt, efficient, and friendly. HVAC "news" is seldom good, and they deliver the typical bad news very professionally. Their repairs were quick and effective the first time.

TL;DR - If you need any AC work, just call Aire Serv. Over the years Jim and Omar have maintained our AC and rebuilt a junction box for us. Recently, we had a situation requiring a good bit of new duct work and a new AC. Jim and Omar worked tirelessly over several days to get us back up and running, including working for about 12 hours on a single day. I am beyond happy with the quality of their work and the effort they put in to make this happen. It is rare to find people people as skilled, honest, hardworking, and reasonable as Jim and Omar. I highly recommend them!

A+ service! Jim went above and beyond to inspect our A/C unit when I felt it was not running efficiently. He spent a lot of time checking our A/C and made some very good suggestions to help with our overall efficiency between our 2 A/C units. This was not a quick in and out appointment, he really cared to make sure everything was running correctly for us. I will definitely be calling Jim again for our routine maintenance and any other issues if they should arise.

Our technician was Jim. We called for the repair on a Saturday and he showed up in a reasonable amount of time and was able to determine and fix the problem very quickly. We found him to be friendly and honest. I would highly recommend using Aire Serv to anyone that need A/C repair or maintenance.
