Furnace problem on a cold February day (of course)! Brendon came to my home within just a few hours and fixed the problem, much to my delight! Not only was the service superb, but Brendon was extremely nice and talked through what he was doing. I signed up for Smart Maintenance and now have peace of mind knowing my HVAC system will be checked periodically to ensure the system is running smoothly. Just what I need!! Brendon White was very helpful. He got our furnace going in the middle of the night when it was -7 outside. He came back the next day and replaced the needed parts. 5 star service.

UPDATE: Initially, there was some miscommunication from Bri regarding an employee "calling out ill unbeknownst to her/the company." ?? It's noteworthy to indicate that I REQUESTED to work from home this day only to have ME reach out and have been told what I've indicated. Unacceptable! However, when we FINALLY got it scheduled for 2/3/25, Michael and Dean were FANTASTIC!! The guys arrived at 8:00 a.m. and worked tirelessly to install a humidifier onto my furnace unit. And not just a humidifier. Michael secured and rewired what should of have been done prior by previous "techs", added a "switch" and an outlet to my furnace (to plug in the humidifier and allow me the opportunity to "shut off" the humidifier if need be), "cleaned up" the, sorry to say, "sloppiness" of previous techs. He also added another pipe drainage and reviewed the functionality of it all-A PROFESSIONAL!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and welcome Michael and Dean here again and to other clients HANDS DOWN! Thank you, Michael and Dean! A job well done! Carl This review is a little late in getting posted but worthy nonetheless. David came out on April 14th to perform my regular semi annual maintenance services on my furnace. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to fully explain everything to me with regards to what he had performed on the furnace. What's more, I had a question about the low air quality in the back part of my house and he took the time to double-check the air ducts and run testing on the airflow itself! I highly recommend! I am so glad that I was able to partner with them and I will continue to refer and use them in the future!

I had to schedule an emergency service today because my furnace has been going in and out for and few days. The on-call technician, Andrew S. was absolutely fantastic. He was kind, he took time to explain to me what was going on, the issues that he had encountered, and provided a reasonable explanation as to what we could do about it. I appreciated his willingness to explore every issue to find out what was wrong with my system and his ability to explain it to me. Thank you, Andrew, and thank you, Aire Serv! I feel better knowing I’m prepared to face this week of some extremely low temperatures.

Aire Serv of Columbia are always great to work with. Heidi got me scheduled quickly, answered all of my questions and kept me up to date on my furnace delivery. Michael and Jay did a fantastic job installing my new furnace. They were courteous, friendly, clean and dealt well with the craziness of my dogs. I would highly recommend Aire Serv of Columbia.

My furnace failed yesterday and the first scheduled opening wasn’t until next week. Brendon was able to fit me in today so I didn’t have to go all weekend without heat.
