Great company! Everyone I spoke to from the receptionist to the techs and owner were very patient and helpful. They provided several replacement options while others I received quotes from only provided one. They certainly put me at ease with such a big purchase.

** 2024 Update Just adding to my previous praise. One technician serviced for units at three locations for us in a day. He also found a leak under one of the buildings that he was able to alert us to before it became more problematic. I am super grateful for that. Their text are always polite and clean, and they make a genuine effort to take the time to explain things when we have questions. I am certain we have gotten additional life out of our units because they come twice a year to seasonally prep them. I’m grateful for their consistent service over the decades. From 2023: We have been using this company for about 20 years, before it was purchased by the Aire Serv franchise. We have found they provide reliable high-quality service, and they retain techs well enough that we recognize people year after year. This year we had about half of our HVAC system replaced out of necessity. There were a couple of bumps getting it rolling with our other outdated equipment, but they responded quickly to our issues and fixed them. On more than one occasion we have called them out for an emergency repair after hours. They have always been quickly responsive and professional. Last night we had an AC outage and we called them for help. In spite of the scheduled tech being unable to respond (I guess going into labor is a solid excuse) they got another tech out to us very efficiently. After all these years I can’t imagine calling anybody else.

Fast Response and Professional Service! When our A/C stopped working in the afternoon, we called Aire Serv at 9 PM. Technician Trevor Olsen arrived at our house by 11 PM. He conducted a thorough diagnosis and fixed the issue promptly. Trevor was respectful, professional, and patiently answered all our questions. Highly recommend!

Update: Air Serv has remediated this issue and sent me a correction. While I was initially very pleased with yesterday's routine service, I am unhappy that the notes received this morning say a low level of refrigerant was discussed with me and recommended when no such discussion took place.

Very professional and helpful. Trevor made sure that the system is prepared for the incoming summer months and even took the time to ensure that the work completed on my system previously is still in working order. Im a returning customer and plan to continue using this service for a long time coming.
