They were prompt, on time and helped me out when my AC went out. My tech was Angel and he was extremely professional and worked very hard to diagnose and repair my system. I will 100% be using them in the future. Chase came by for my quarterly checkup and was fantastic, very knowledgable and very friendly. They definitely are hiring the right people. Updated Jan 2025.

...the typical problem...if something major is going to happen...just wait for the weekend...such was the case when we lost heat this past Friday/Saturday...we made the phone call to Air Serve and a short time later I got a message from James in the Winchester area who arrived within a 30 minutes....after all the tests he discovered an issue with power going from the breaker panel to the furnace...we were able to trace the problem to a connection the previous electricians made during our renovation two years ago...James was extremely through and quite agile through the floor joists and attic rafters...very satisfied with his work. Extremely professional, friendly service at affordable prices. Fixed the problem with our aging furnace and didn’t try to upsell us on anything like so many HVAC companies do. I like how they assign the same technician each time so they know your systems. Our tech is Jordan, and is excellent. Highly recommend!

Chase and Sean were awesome. Highly Professional and courteous. They found the issues and fortunately had the parts to repair during routine maintenance checks. They even brought me the nearly burned up Part to show what they found and explained the issue. Gladly, we hope the system will not break when the weather is extreme and we rely on it for heat.

Justin and Sean came to the office after I installed a thermostat and I blew a fuse in the air handler. They were able to get it working and helped me set up the schedule! Love the nest thermostat with the sensor!
