First off, their customer service is very professional. The tech assigned, Sarah Mc, was very prompt, respected my space (booties), explained the process, and cleaned up afterwards. My dryer vent was thoroughly cleaned out. I'm pleased with my experience and would recommend Air Serv of Bel Air to anyone!

Excellent communication and response time to an oil furnace problem on a very cold weekend. Eric Reeder and Robert Stickley were both professional and personable technicians. I will definitely recommend Aire Serve to anyone who needs heating/ air conditioning services.

Aire Serv of Belair treats there customers with respect, above and beyond professional and honest. My husband and I had a great experience, with the Technician specialist that came to our home. From start to finish with scheduling the appointment to the Tech Zeke coming to do the service. I would recommend anyone who needs their air ducts clean. I rate them a 110% excellent.

From estimate to finish, Aire Serv kept in constant contact, were friendly, and professional. Techs were on time and very polite. One of the best contractors that I've hired. I also appreciated that the techs weren't in a rush and you can see the quality in their work. All around a great job.

Very impressed by this company. They are very honest and showed a great amount of concern with my heating issue. The service tech came out and assessed the problem. They ordered the part and had my furnace back up in running the next day. They did not try to sell me a new unit or charge an astronomical amount of money for the repair as did one of there competitors. Awesome customer service and the techs,Justin and Robert were great.
