We have had two systems installed by AireServ of Baton Rouge. Their prices are good, the people are great, but the best recommendation I can give is that they stand by their work and THIS is what you want in a company. They installed a new upstairs unit in our house and unfortunately we ran into problems. The new unit had a defect and ended up leaking outside of the area protected by the drain pan, effectively ruining the ceiling. Not only did Jason and team stick with it until the problem was resolved (they ultimately replaced the entire coil and added a larger drain pan for extra backup) but covered the entire cost of redoing the ceiling. It looks perfect! Yes, it's frustrating when things don't go as expected, but these guys stood by me and fixed the problem and they've earned my continued business!

A casualty of Hurricane Francine was my 16-yr old 4-ton AC unit (RIP). When I turned to Aire Serv for help, they didn't just try to sell me a new unit, but walked me through 4 different options and educated me about upcoming EPA regulations in Jan 2025 (look them up - it might save you a few bucks!) and how they could affect my choices in a year. They also helped me identify a unit based on ratings which could also earn some tax credits come tax season. For the install, I commend Steven, Connor, and Sam in navigating some tight spaces around my house in getting the new unit to its installation location. This was not an easy job by any means and while the old 16-yr old unit was big, the new one was much larger and heavier!! Unlike the previous unit, AireServ installed the new one on a platform that made it more accessible and serviceable. Post-install, I can certify I don't just have a new working AC unit, but a quieter and more energy efficient one. While I have another smaller (also 16-yr old) AC unit, this one is still working and I trust and use maintenance support from AireServ to extend its life for some time. Thanks to them, I am aware of heat pump options that I will consider when this smaller unit croaks. Ultimately, for those of you that are looking, I *highly* recommend working with the AireServ team, learning about upcoming regulations and how they affect your options, and choosing a solution that works best for YOU!

Sam came out and knew the problem quickly and then fixed it all within a few hours. He was so nice, informative and respectful the entire time. He made a little mess when he went into the attic and made sure to clean it all up before leaving. Thank you for saving us during this hot Louisiana weather!!

Fast and great customer service

I can wholeheartedly recommend AireServ of South Baton Rouge for any heating and air conditioning services. My AC system stopped working on the on the Sunday before the July 4th holiday after over 25 years of operation. I contacted AireServ was able to schedule a service call for the following morning. The technician arrived on Monday morning and after running several test and diagnostics they determined that the system was not repairable and must be replaced. I did not look forward to a long holiday weekend without air conditioning in Baton Rouge. AireServ not only located a replacement system. They then went the extra mile and installed it on the July 4th holiday. Amazing service! The team arrived early, removed the existing system, installed and tested the new system and hauled away the old system. Leaving our home clean on the inside and outside and most importantly cool. AireServ also provided extra help and documentation requested by our home warranty company for a subsequent furnace replacement claim. Again going the extra mile. AireServ is a professional company providing great products and outstanding service.

I came into my office and the temperature was 80 degrees so I knew my AC was out. I called Aire Serv and Jason had someone out within a few hours to check my unit and replace the capacitor. I appreciated the same day service.

I could not be more pleased with the Aire Serv team. I spoke to Jason and shared with him what we were looking to do. He developed a plan specifically to meet our needs and wishes. Stephen came out and was so professional and patient with all my questions. Between the two of them I knew this was the group I wanted to do business with. On the day of install I met Connor and Sam who came out early to begin the install. They too were friendly and extremely focused on getting our AC up and running again.
