The office staff at AireServ in College Station has been very patient with me. I have called more than once, and then cancelled on them. But I did eventually have them send Ethan out to look at my Mitsubishi mini split systems that I have all over my house. I am new to the mini split world, and needed someone to come look and tell me what was going on. He spent a lot of time over here, looking into each one. He wrote up his recommendations and emailed them to me. The price was VERY reasonable for the amount of time he spent over here inspecting. I'm really glad I went ahead and had him come over, so that he is now familiar with my particular system, and can be a consistent technician to keep it up and running correctly.

Update: My system is still amazing! It has saved me hundreds of dollars, since it’s been installed, on my electric bill! I had $350-500 per month electricity bills and now, I haven’t had one over $275!! Highly recommend still! I not only work for this AMAZING company and have since Feb 2020, but I am also a customer! Just recently got my system replaced at the end of September 2023 and even though I’m an employee, I still got the top notch customer service from our team of professionals!!! We love our new system! Highly recommended Aire Serv of Aggieland!

Aire Serv came out and serviced my system for my regular heating maintenance. The ladies in the office, Amber & Rebekah, were great and very nice. The tech got here on time and as always, did a great job! Highly recommend this company and thank you Aire Serv!

Called and spoke to Miss Amber's about replacing our unit she answered every question. She has the greatest attitude and was so kind. She didn't judge us because we are old and don't understand things and even spoke loud enough for us to hear as we are hard if hearing. I’ve had to contact Aire Serv of Aggieland on numerous occasions and one thing I can say for sure is this company definitely knows how to hire the right person for the job! More often than not I’ve had the pleasure of getting Amber K. when I call customer service. She has been able to help in any way I’ve needed and is always so kind and professional. Whether she’s needed to send a tech to me or needed to help walk me through something, she never hesitates. Amber is top notch customer service, from her initial greeting when you can hear her professionalism and joy in her voice all the way to the follow up call to insure the job was done right, this company is lucky to have her. Junior and Ethan have helped out as well and never disappoint. I will always contact this company for my HVAC issues or concerns.

We signed on to the service contract—it seemed like a good deal, and we’ve had some costly issues because we kept putting off maintenance. They are also really great communicators; they respond right away, often via text (which we prefer), and were able to schedule service the day after we reached out. A young man from AireServe, Blaze Baron, came yesterday to service our hvac system. He spent a lot of time, was meticulous and thorough, explained and documented everything really well (even showed me photos and videos of the issues he found). On top of all that, he was just an incredibly kind, humble and helpful person. Wow. So happy to have a service contract with Aireserve.

Aire Serv of Aggieland recently installed my new system. My home has never been more comfortable than it is now. My new unit is so quiet. We couldn’t sit at our back patio because the ac was so loud. Now I can’t even hear my new unit running. They also installed a dehumidifier and large air filter. The air is so clean and crisp. Love my new level of comfort. Thank you Aire Serv of Aggieland.
