Amber joined our team right at a year ago and continues to amaze us with her ability to handle the day to day planning and scheduling of our technicians. She keeps us all organized and on task while still offering world class frontline service to our customers. Amber attends weekly training and coaching to become the best customer service representative she can be and it shows. She is a firecracker! She keeps us running like a well oiled machine. Amber and her husband, Shorty, enjoy spending time on their property with their girls, Lyndzi, Brooke, Jessie, and Ramsey. They like to hunt and fish and play with their dogs, Nyla & Huck.
