Technician, Nick, installed boosters to get more air to my new rooms. He is very thorough, explains well, and went the extra mile when he saw water in the air-conditioner tray and vacuumed it out. He had a pump in his van, but I'd already ordered a new pump. He showed me the steps to install it.

Highly recommend this company! From scheduling to the actual work everyone was professional and courteous. Our technican, Nic, was super polite, and efficient- and our dog had no concern he was in and out of our house working- (HUGE FEAT) in todays society making a quick dollar seems to be the normal- this company did the complete opposite- and I'm highly grateful- will recommend them and use them in the future for our ac needs

Our Aire Serve Technician in Johnson City was very prompt, he kindly informed us that our puppy had chewed through our wires- which is why our air wasn't working, oops! He fixed it for a very reasonable rate and everything is perfect now, highly recommend!
