Michael was awesome. We have a rooftop unit and it was 95 degrees outside . Michael still went above and beyond answering all my questions and going up to the roof multiple times to do a thorough inspection. I couldn’t recommend him enough and I will be using him at all of my restaurants from now on!! Great trustworthy guy and a model employee.

Day before yesterday late evening our attic unit stopped working. In the morning my wife called Aireserv and put in a trouble call. Michael was assingned to our issue. Michael informed me when he was on his way and showed up on time. At my work dealing with differnt service tech’s from HVAC to plumbing and electrical to name a few, comparing Michael to tech’s ive delt with from excellant to good to just down right bad. Michael is deffinatly at the top of excellant. Knowlegable, Diagnosed the problem quickly with out any second guessing, showed me the problem and told me he could fix it. Thank you Josh, Stephen, and Dylan. The appointment I scheduled online did not register. When I called, Josh assisted me; he was polite and was able to fit me in on the same day. He scheduled me with Stephen and Dylan. When they arrived they came ready to solve my issue. Stephen discovered the thermostat that a security company installed – was done incorrectly & I had a switch off. Stephen and Dylan made sure everything was working properly and finished within an hour. My heat and air conditioning are now working. Thank you for being upfront and knowledgeable.
