If you’re here on this company’s page then you may have heard Aire Serv is the premier HVAC company in the greater Louisville area. If you’re still searching for a ventilation contractor then READ THIS REVIEW! I promise it’ll be worth your time. I have had experience with this company for the past five years and this review is based on sales experience, estimates, installations, equipment tuning, and maintenance and service calls. I have interacted with nearly a dozen Aire Serv employees, installers, and sales reps. I know first-hand this company’s passion for excellence, installer skill, and salesman knowledge and how the management seamlessly organizes all of the elements demanded for a swift installation when your unit fails on what’s inevitably the hottest day of the year. I first used Aire Serv because they carried high quality equipment and they delivered an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Bill Verbokemos perfectly sized and designed a variable speed heat pump system to replace my failed unit and I was beyond satisfied by the result. The installers came and went in less than day, even taking time at the end to clean the equipment and their workspace before they departed. Efficiency, noise volume, and air pressure were unmatched. I returned to Aire Serv years later because my first experience was incredible from start to finish. This year, in a new home fraught with compounding ventilation issues including condensation, mold, short-cycling, improperly-sized ductwork, high indoor humidity, and severe temperature irregularity, Zach Jones immediately was able to identify and diagnose the issues within minutes of walking through the door. Zach back-traced 18 years of HVAC history in the home by identifying forensic evidence left behind by other contractors. He presented a menu of options but only one was a clear choice—a ductless, 28 SEER, variable-speed, hyper-heat system. If the ductwork in your home is improperly designed, the decibel level of the outside unit is important to you, you have a dual-zone home with two heat pumps, or you are looking to dramatically reduce energy costs, then there is no question that you require a hyper-heat system. I’ve been astonished not only by the overall performance of the system but also by its programmability. Astonishingly, the outdoor heat pump is so quiet that I can have a conversation right next to it and I have to pause in order to hear if the fans are running. I do not exaggerate when I say it is whisper quiet. A conventional heat pump is stone age technology compared to the hyper-heat. This system is the future by not only providing extraordinarily efficient cooling, but also generating highly efficient heating without the aid of electric heat strips to temperatures below zero degrees Fahrenheit. Richard and Steve installed my hyper-heat with astounding detail and care. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and conscientious with personal property and gave me as much time as I needed to learn how to operate the system. I shouldn’t need to have another installation for decades at this point. But to anyone in this area, Aire Serv is definitely the only company I would recommend.

Very fast response with estimate to replace my leaking water heater. Dawn Shifflet from Aireserv called and discussed the options to get a new heater installed, extremely helpful in setting this up and getting a good price through Home Depot. The technician arrived as scheduled, and discovered that my space measurements were not accurate (oops, needed a smaller heater). He was also extremely helpful in resolving this issue, took the first water heater back to Home Depot and coordinated handling the price difference. Very, very pleased with the tech’s install, all around professionalism experienced with this project. Highly recommended.
